 This course is designed for those, whose professional responsibilities require a higher level of communication skills. This program takes the holistic approach, emphasizing the interrelationship between vocal quality, emotion, posture, diction presentation skills and listening skills along with the critical role this interrelationship plays in determining the effectiveness of a communicator.
